The Crossing in Tyler, TX is a unique subdivision that consists of five neighborhoods with a variety of home plans for whatever lifestyle you choose. There is nothing typical about this area. Starting at the elevated bridge entrance with its rock walls and cascading water to the natural walking trails and streams or lakes for fishing as well as a neighborhood park, one will never be bored living here. Starting with Cross Pointe, this neighborhood boasts a stress-free lifestyle with garden homes and a homeowner’s association that covers yard and ground maintenance. The neighborhood is secure and there is plenty of visitor parking. The second neighborhood is Timberlake, which offers lakeside living and boasts of cul-de-sacs, which minimizes traffic.
With the views of the lake, tall trees, and lots that are just the right size for your budget, you will have all the room you need for the family. The third neighborhood is Crossroad Estates. You have everything from a 3 acre lake, walking trails, and incredible views to a smaller community of homes. The fourth neighborhood is Grand Oaks Estates.
It offers controlled access gates and security, as well as privacy. It is also limited on the number of homes allowed, so your neighborhood will be small and cozy. With dancers between the ages of 11 and 20, your future dancer can get plenty of experience and instruction here. Ballet Tyler also provides scholarships for those who show great promise as a dancer.
There is also the wonderful Caldwell Zoo off of Martin Luther King Blvd, which boasts a cafe that overlooks an African savannah, as well as bird shows and alligator feedings.
Tyler also provides a wonderful park, The Children’s Park Tyler, which is a wonderful place for hosting weddings, parties, and provides a wonderful natural backdrop for pictures. There are also plenty of museums, hiking trails, lakes, and any other activity your heart may desire.
